Delicious Swiss Chocolate Apple and Salted Peanut
Ingredients:
2 large apples
100 g of Swiss dark chocolate
200 g of Swiss milk chocolate
100 g of blended salted peanut without the skin
2 wooden or plastic sticks
Method:
Wash 2 apples under cold water.
Put dark and milk chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Melt chocolate
in the microwave mixing the chocolate every 15 seconds until creamy and smooth.
Blend the peanuts and place in a bowl.
Remove stalk of the apples, put sticks through the centre of
the apple, dip in the melted chocolate.
Let apple drip this way getting rid of
chocolate excess and roll chocolate apples on crushed salted peanuts.
This recipe is going to put a smile on everyone’s faces.
