White Chocolate Crackles



This recipe is great for parties or as treats. Kids and adults love these crackles. It is a winner! It does not take long to make them and it is not expensive. Every bite of this white chocolate indulgence will take you to heaven!

White Chocolate Crackles

Serve: 10
Ingredients:
400 g white chocolate
2 cups rice bubbles
Muffin cases

Method:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave mixing well every 20 seconds. Put rice bubbles in a bowl and add the chocolate. Mix well. Fill muffin cases and refrigerate for 30 min.
Now it is ready to serve. This treat is very rich and deliciously tasty!

Gourmet Truffles with Organic Raw Cacao



This week I let my children have fun in the kitchen. They love making chocolate. So, they took the lead and prepared some delicious gourmet truffles just for you!

Gourmet Truffles made with Organic Raw Cacao
Ingredients
4 tablespoons Raw Cacao
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans condensed milk
Various flavours:
Blended nuts of your preference, chocolate sprinkles, hundreds and thousands, cacao, etc.. Whatever you prefer let your imagination fly!
Method:
Put the condensed milk in a pan in low heat, add the cacao and butter. Mix well, never stop mixing, keep a very close eye to it or it will burn and/or form lumps. Once it has thicken up and reduced. Transfer chocolate to a container until it cools down. When it is completely cool, put some butter on your hands and started rolling, truffle size chocolate. Roll over nuts, chocolate, hundreds and thousands for various flavours and colours.
The truffles are delicious and great for gifts. Have fun making them. I will see you again next time.

Irish Hot Chocolate



It is raining outside, it is still quite cold even though it is spring. So, I thought, what can I make to warm up in a beautiful rainy day like today? I love Irish Cream and the weather just reminded me of Ireland. The green fields being water by rain so I thought Irish Hot Chocolate! Enjoy!

Irish Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 cup Hot Milk
Chocolate topping as you like
1 dose of Irish Cream liqueur
Organic Raw Cacao

Method:

Put hot milk in a cup, add chocolate topping as you like and Irish Cream. Mix well and dust with Organic Raw Cacao.

Easy Organic Raw Cacao Castle Cake



Beautiful Castle Cake that I made for my children’s birthday. It could also be made for Father's day! Delicious and made with organic raw cacao. The base of the cake was made with a different butter. I use the mud cake that was posted last week. For the mud cake recipe please go to Chocolate House Blog or link below:


Your kids will love it and so will dad! If you make this cake on father's day, it will bring some extra fun on the day. The dragon is a toy (not cake). This is just an idea.

Easy Organic Raw Cacao Castle Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups of self-raising flour
1 ½ cups of sugar
½ cup organic raw cacao
½ teaspoon of salt
½ cup butter
1 ¼ cup milk
2 eggs
Chocolate pebbles
100 g Shredded coconut
Green food colouring

Castle cake silicone mould

Method:

Beat it all together in a bowl, when the butter reaches a creamy consistency pour in a castle cake silicone mould, put in the oven for about 1 hour or until a fork inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it cool before transferring to a plate.
For base use the Organic Raw Cacao and Milk Chocolate Mud Cake.  Place chocolate pebbles around cake and place castle cake on top.

Grass:

Put 100g Shredded coconut in a plastic bag add a few drops of green food colouring and shake well. Now you have yummy edible grass.

Organic Raw Cacao and Milk Chocolate Mud Cake

Hi everyone,

Delicious mud cake recipe made with Organic Raw Cacao and milk chocolate. Organic Raw cacao is a super food, so if you are going to indulge yourself why not add a dash of healthy food to it! This naughty and nice recipe will be a perfect indulgence for any day!

Organic Raw Cacao and Milk Chocolate Mud Cake

Ingredients:
250 g butter
100 g milk chocolate
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 ½ cup self-raising flour
1 cup hot water
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons organic raw cacao
70g chocolate frosting

Method:
Beat organic raw cacao, milk chocolate, butter, vanilla, sugar and hot water with an electric beater. Add hot water, beat until a smooth consistency and until chocolate and butter have melted and are well mixed. Add eggs and beat immediately. Pour into a medium cake tin, lined with baking paper. Put it in the oven for about 1 hour or until a fork inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it cool before transferring to a plate. Spread chocolate frosting all over cake.

Super Easy Kids Birthday Cake Cheat


Hi everyone. Tomorrow my kids have to take a cake to school. However, I am too busy. So here goes another Cheat Birthday Cake that you can do. Easy, colourful and decadent. Have fun!

Super Easy Kids Birthday Cake Cheat

Ingredients:

Chocolate Icing (without icing sugar):
½ cup of cream
250g milk chocolate

For the cake:

1 medium cake (baked)
Chocolate sticks
Colourful Confectionary

Method:

Chocolate Icing:

No icing sugar here. Add cream to a pan, add the chocolate, and mix well. When smooth and creamy. Set aside and let it cool down before spreading on the cake.

Cake:

Put chocolate icing on the cake and around the cake. Put chocolate sticks around cake. It will stick to chocolate ganache. Top it up with colourful confectionary.

And it is ready!


Have fun assembling this beautiful and colourful cake. Your kids will love it!

Coconut White Chocolate Soup with Tropical Fruit



Delightful soul warming soup for dessert this winter. The rich flavour of the chocolate combined with the acidity of the tropical fruit, will be a perfect combination of flavours. Easy and delicious!

Coconut White Chocolate Soup with Tropical Fruit

Ingredients:

1 cup of coconut milk
½ cup cream
100g white chocolate
1 teaspoon of cornflour
1 banana chopped
1 passionfruit
Pineapple pieces


Method:

Put milk in a sauce pan, high heat until boils, lower temperature to simmer. Add cream, mix well, put the chocolate. As soon as the chocolate melts add the cornflour. Mix well until dissolved and soup thickens. Place the fruit in a bowl and pour the soup over the fruit pieces. Voila, it is ready to eat!

Ps. If cornflour does not dissolve, beat it with an electric mixer and if you still have lumps, pass through the sieve.
