Delightful soul warming soup for dessert this winter. The rich flavour of
the chocolate combined with the acidity of the tropical fruit, will be a

Coconut White Chocolate Soup with Tropical Fruit
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk
½ cup cream
100g white chocolate
1 teaspoon of cornflour
1 banana chopped
1 passionfruit
Pineapple pieces
Method:
Put milk in a sauce pan, high heat until boils, lower temperature to
simmer. Add cream, mix well, put the chocolate. As soon as the chocolate melts
add the cornflour. Mix well until dissolved and soup thickens. Place the fruit
in a bowl and pour the soup over the fruit pieces. Voila, it is ready to eat!
Ps. If cornflour does not dissolve, beat it with an
electric mixer and if you still have lumps, pass through the sieve.
