Super Easy Kids Birthday Cake Cheat


Hi everyone. Tomorrow my kids have to take a cake to school. However, I am too busy. So here goes another Cheat Birthday Cake that you can do. Easy, colourful and decadent. Have fun!

Super Easy Kids Birthday Cake Cheat

Ingredients:

Chocolate Icing (without icing sugar):
½ cup of cream
250g milk chocolate

For the cake:

1 medium cake (baked)
Chocolate sticks
Colourful Confectionary

Method:

Chocolate Icing:

No icing sugar here. Add cream to a pan, add the chocolate, and mix well. When smooth and creamy. Set aside and let it cool down before spreading on the cake.

Cake:

Put chocolate icing on the cake and around the cake. Put chocolate sticks around cake. It will stick to chocolate ganache. Top it up with colourful confectionary.

And it is ready!

Coconut White Chocolate Soup with Tropical Fruit



Delightful soul warming soup for dessert this winter. The rich flavour of the chocolate combined with the acidity of the tropical fruit, will be a perfect combination of flavours. Easy and delicious!

Coconut White Chocolate Soup with Tropical Fruit

Ingredients:

1 cup of coconut milk
½ cup cream
100g white chocolate
1 teaspoon of cornflour
1 banana chopped
1 passionfruit
Pineapple pieces


Method:

Put milk in a sauce pan, high heat until boils, lower temperature to simmer. Add cream, mix well, put the chocolate. As soon as the chocolate melts add the cornflour. Mix well until dissolved and soup thickens. Place the fruit in a bowl and pour the soup over the fruit pieces. Voila, it is ready to eat!

Ps. If cornflour does not dissolve, beat it with an electric mixer and if you still have lumps, pass through the sieve.

Hot Chocolate Spoons


 
Super delicious and they look amazingly cute. Impress your friends with these beautiful hot chocolate spoons. All you have to do is prepare a cup of hot milk and mix with the hot chocolate spoons once they are ready.  

Hot Chocolate Spoons

Ingredients:

100g White chocolate  

100g milk chocolate

Chocolate Spoons mould

Method:

In a microwave safe container,
 
melt the chocolate for  15 seconds, take container out of microwave, mix chocolate, return container to the microwave and repeat the process above until chocolate is fully melted and glossy.
Put melted chocolate in the mould, shake and tap mould to avoid air bubbles and clean with a spatula. Let it cool down and when they are firm, take them out of mould and they are ready!

Chia Seeds and Vanilla Beans White Chocolate


 
Delicious and nutritious white hot chocolate. Chia and vanilla seeds are little but mighty! This white hot chocolate is not only delicious but full of nutrients that are good for you. So enjoy every bit of it!
 

Chia seeds and vanilla Beans White Chocolate 

2 cups of full cream milk

50g of white chocolate in pieces

1 table spoon of vanilla bean extract with seeds

1 teaspoon of chia seeds 

Method:

Heat the milk, add white chocolate, vanilla bean extract, and mix well until white chocolate is completely dissolved. To finalise add chia seeds mix well and serve hot.

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate



Creamy, deliciously rich peanut butter hot chocolate. This is another one of Chocolate House hot chocolate collection. Great for any occasion.

 

Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 cup of full cream milk

30 g of milk chocolate

1 teaspoon full of peanut butter

Method:

Put milk in a cup and in a microwave for 1 minute. Add the milk chocolate, mix well. Add peanut butter, mix well and top it up with organic raw cacao.  

Attention: microwaves will vary. So, always check before heating anything in the microwave. Some microwaves will cook faster than others. Adjust cooking time according to your microwave.

White Chocolate and Strawberry Cheat Birthday Cake




It’s birthday time! It was my husband’s birthday and I had no time to prepare a cake. First I panicked, second I took a deep breath and third I thought, I am going to cheat. Hold on a second, I am talking about the cake. I bought two white chocolate mud cakes and the rest is history. Cheat White Chocolate and Strawberry Cake

Ingredients:

2 white chocolate mud cakes ready

220 g white chocolate

600 ml cream

Vanilla bean extract with seeds

2 boxes of strawberries

Fairy sprinkles

50 chocolate flavoured wafer sticks

Ribbon 

Method:
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler. Wash and cut strawberries stems. Dip strawberries in white chocolate, place them on a plate covered with baking paper, allow them to cool down. Roll chocolate dipped strawberries in fairy sprinkles, place strawberries back on tray with baking paper. Put aside remaining melted white chocolate. Meanwhile, whip 300 g of cream, a splash of vanilla bean extract with seeds and a teaspoon of sugar. Slice strawberries without the stems, spread whipped cream on top of first cake, place sliced strawberries on top and cover with more cream. Put second white chocolate mud cake on top. Add 150 g of cream to remaining melted white chocolate, and in low heat mix cream and white chocolate until thickens a little. Take out of heat and add the remaining cream to the ganache and beat it until thickens. Do not over beat it or it will split. Put over the cake until it covers the top completely and also spread it around both cakes covering the side. Put chocolate flavoured wafer sticks around the cake and secure with a nice ribbon. Put white chocolate cream on top of cake and chocolate dipped strawberries and also some strawberries without chocolate.

This is a rich, delicious white chocolate and strawberry cake, easy, fast and impressive.

Double Hot Chocolate


If you like rich hot chocolate, this recipe is for you. It is smooth, thick, rich and sooooo goood! Go under the blankets, grab a great book and experience heaven!
Double Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chop chips
50 g white chocolate
2 teaspoons of corn flour
2 cups of milk 
Method:
Put 1 cup of milk in microwave for 1 min. Add corn flour and mix well. Return to microwave for 1 min. Add dark chocolate choc chips. Mix well if it does not melt return to microwave for 1 min. Mix well until reaching a smoothie consistency. Repeat steps for the white chocolate.  
To achieve the effect below, put white chocolate around cup and then add dark chocolate.

Important: Microwave energy output varies. So be careful when cooking with microwave. If not sure, get milk out of microwave every 30 sec instead of every minute.
