Easy Organic Raw Cacao Castle Cake

Beautiful Castle Cake that I made for my children’s birthday. It could also be made for Father's day! Delicious and made with organic raw cacao. The base of the cake was made with a different butter. I use the mud cake that was posted last week. For the mud cake recipe please go to Chocolate House Blog or link below:

Your kids will love it and so will dad! If you make this cake on father's day, it will bring some extra fun on the day. The dragon is a toy (not cake). This is just an idea.
Thanks for reading Chocolate House blog. I will see you next week.

Easy Organic Raw Cacao Castle Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups of self-raising flour
1 ½ cups of sugar
½ cup organic raw cacao
½ teaspoon of salt
½ cup butter
1 ¼ cup milk
2 eggs
Chocolate pebbles
100 g Shredded coconut
Green food colouring

Castle cake silicone mould

Method:

Beat it all together in a bowl, when the butter reaches a creamy consistency pour in a castle cake silicone mould, put in the oven for about 1 hour or until a fork inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it cool before transferring to a plate.
For base use the Organic Raw Cacao and Milk Chocolate Mud Cake.  Place chocolate pebbles around cake and place castle cake on top.

Grass:

Put 100g Shredded coconut in a plastic bag add a few drops of green food colouring and shake well. Now you have yummy edible grass.
