Non-alcoholic White Chocolate Eggnog

Hi everyone,

I would like to share this delicious recipe with you as it is quite special. My grandmother used to make it for me as a child in winter or when I was sick. I am going to add a little twist to it, instead of sugar I will use white chocolate.

Non-alcoholic White Chocolate Eggnog

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup milk

45g white chocolate

Nutmeg

Method:

Bring milk to boil, low temperature to gentle simmer, add egg yolks, mix well, until becomes a little thicker.

Add the white chocolate and turn the heat off, mixing until white chocolate has melted completely. Put a sieve over a cup and strain the liquid. Add a pinch of nutmeg and it is ready. A delicious drink for those cold days that everyone will love!

½ cup of mint leaves

500 ml milk

½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate

Cream Chantilly

Organic Raw Cacao for dusting

Method:

Place a pan over low heat, add the mint leaves and bring to a simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, place a sieve over a second pan and strain milk, that way separating leaves from milk.
